Terms & Conditions
• Clean cotton linen and cleaning of the property is provided per week free of charge. For people staying for more than one week, the property will be cleaned at some time between 10am and 4pm on each Saturday
• Arrival time after 4pm Saturday and departure time before 10am Saturday
• A deposit of 50% is requested with booking, within 1 day of placing the booking
• A refundable damage deposit of €350 is also required with booking
• No hidden extras
• Cancellations will be charged – 65% - 3 weeks prior to booking date. 80% 2 weeks prior and full rate for less than 1 week
• Towels provided for internal use only
